	Quality Materials All 2" X 6" knee bracing, 2" X 6" wall girts, 2" X 6" diagonal corner bracing and roof purlins are made of Machine Stress Rated 1650 lumber, which is superior in strength to construction grade lumber.  Foltz Buildings' glu-laminated columns are made of southern yellow pine and are backed by a 50-year warranty and anchored with re-rod and concrete.  The attractive and durable commercial steel that goes into every Foltz Building features a hot dipped galvanized (G-100 zinc) coating, a primer coating to protect against corrosion and a final coat of MS Colorfast 30 called Ceram-A-Sil, backed by a 30-year warranty.
